These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on this website. By placing an order with CONTRE®, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. For promotional offers, additional terms and conditions may apply.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of receiving the order and no later.

Purchases may require additional payment authentication in the form of a bank authorization code or proof of the billing address of the card-issuing bank, including the name and billing address that match those of the cardholder. Items will not be shipped until the requested proof has been provided. If these details are not provided within 7 days of your request, CONTRE® reserves the right to void any order and the buyer will receive a full refund within a further 7 days.

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or charges due to compliance with foreign regulatory laws or requirements. You will be responsible for paying any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price, including VAT and shipping cost. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information before placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order is considered accepted and will be prepared without further contact. Some orders may require verification. In such cases, we will contact you after 24 hours.

CONTRE® is committed to providing a service that is as precise and accurate as possible; However, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will exactly match the color of the delivered products.

Items purchased from our website are subject to international design and copyright laws.

Delivery times

Because all items are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Our policy lasts for 10 days. If it has been 10 days since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn (trying on is fine) and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom orders are exempt from returns.

If the item is damaged, not as described, or the problem is our error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it.

Exchanges are allowed on items purchased with coupon codes or sales. If you purchase a clearance/sample sale item, that item is the final sale and will be noted in the item description.

If we accept that the product was indeed defective, CONTRE® will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new shipping costs of an exchange. CONTRE® will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, holidays and holidays.

Because our products are of animal origin, there are some characteristics that we want to give you a little more understanding of the characteristics that an original leather contains.

Tailor-made and personalized orders

All designs and customizations made by CONTRE® as part of a bespoke/custom order remain the exclusive property of CONTRE® for design and copyright purposes. Any commissions, adjustments or amendments to CONTRE® designs, or in the creation of new products, remain the property of CONTRE®, to be used as they choose.

Payment currency

We only accept Mexican pesos (MXN). Customers outside of Mexico will be billed in Mexican pesos. We must receive payment in full of the price of the products you order before your order is accepted. Once we receive payment, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email to the email address you provided on the order form, which will include your name, order number and the total price. The credit/debit card being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Please note that codes can only be used once, per email address, per customer and per household, and can only be found on contremx.com.

Pricing policy

Prices on the product page are indicated with VAT. The total amount of the order, including VAT, if applicable, is displayed on the checkout page.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the ordering process.

If no one is available to sign for the item, the postal administration will hold it for a subsequent delivery or pickup attempt by the recipient.

International orders are shipped via DHL You may be contacted directly through our courier, their partners or Customs regarding your shipment. Please be sure to provide the recipient's full name for the delivery address to avoid delays or additional charges.

The Free Shipping option is available to all customers whose fulfilled order value is more than 1,900. Orders are shipping only. Any additional charges due to the recipient not accepting delivery of the shipment or providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping name and address may result in additional charges.

Fulfillment of orders may be subject to further payment authorization requests, and CONTRE® reserves the right to cancel or postpone shipping if these requests are not completed.

As all items are handmade to order. We ask customers to understand that our normal guideline for shipping products within 7 business days from the point of credit authorization and address verification may be extended. We reserve the right to extend this period if necessary, in which case you will be notified by email.
