WHAT IS MY SIZE CONTRE?
Please see the Size Guide to understand how we size our styles. If your measurements are not listed, we can offer you a custom size.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Items are made to order and will ship within 8-10 business days from the point of credit authorization and address verification. We will notify you of any delay in your order.
Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas), please allow longer time for shipping.
If your order is urgent, please email us at orders@contremx.com to discuss expedited shipping options. Rush rates apply.
DO YOU MAKE CHANGES?
Because all items are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn (trying on is fine) and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom orders are exempt from returns.
If the item is damaged, not as described, or the problem is our error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it.
Exchanges are allowed on items purchased with coupon codes or sales. If you purchase a clearance/sample sale item, that item is the final sale and will be noted in the item description.
If we accept that the product was indeed defective, CONTRE® will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new shipping costs of an exchange. CONTRE® will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, holidays and holidays.
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Calzada de Tlalpan 1535, interior 34, portales sur, Mexico City.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. We will cover shipping your replacement items.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $1,500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHERE DO I MAKE LOCAL PICKUP?
If you chose LOCAL PICKUP (CDMX) as delivery , you must notify Number 56 1775 2755 in advance that you will pick up your order and go to Calzada de Tlalpan 1535, int. 34, Mexico City.
Monday to Friday from 10 am. to 6 p.m.
*Personal deliveries are not made outside of this address.
